In this video, cookbook author and Food Network host, Ina Garten, zips us through the prep for a tangy and satisfying French potato salad.
Note – the recipe calls for red and white boiling potatoes, but Cypriot potatoes will work fine. Also, while you can experiment with an array of vinegars for the dressing (Garten uses a champagne vinegar in her demo) red wine vinegar is not advised.
Serve the potato salad warm or at room temperature… and be prepared to clean your plate in minutes!
